parts replacement simple and easy. Hotel engineering personnel will be trained to
effect replacement of parts. |

| Spare parts based on the number of units installed will be provided.
This inventory of spare parts will be kept at your property. |
| Sample Maintenance & Service Provisions

- The maintenance and service warranty period is for one year following acceptance of
installation.
- Full telephone support via RoomService II Help Line Support shall be provided 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.
- If a service visit is required, response time shall be within eight business day hours
or next business day, depending upon the time and nature of the call.
- A telecommunications modem which will provide online electronic customer support is
included with the computer. The hotel is responsible for installing and maintaining
a dedicated telephone line (for incoming calls only). Included with this service
are:
 | Online question and answer facility. |
 | Configuration management. |
 | Automated problem determination. |
Additional facilities provided remotely through the electronic customer support network
are:
 | Hardware Fast Path, whereby a hardware problem is passed to the
Service System and
routed to the appropriate support representative. |
 | Software Fast Path, whereby software problem is passed to the
Service System and routed
to the appropriate support representative. |
